By accessing or using emaillookout.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Services

Email Lookout provides email deliverability consulting services, free diagnostic tools, and educational content. Consulting engagements are governed by separate service agreements.

Free Tools

Our free tools (Email Authentication Checker, DMARC Generator, Header Analyzer) are provided “as-is” for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, results should not be considered a substitute for professional deliverability consulting. We are not liable for actions taken based on tool results.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, tools, and code, is the property of Email Lookout and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Email Lookout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
