In 2024, Gmail is rolling out expanded requirements for bulk senders who email Gmail accounts. Bulk senders include those sending 5,000+ emails per day or who have previously sent close to 5,000 in a 24 hour period.

1. Authenticate Outbound Email
You'll need to authenticate outbound mail using DMARC alignment with either SPF or DKIM. Full alignment with both is recommended. This confirms you as a legitimate sender.

A user-reported spam rate above 0.3% means you won't qualify for inbox delivery support. Staying under 0.3% is critical.
3. One-Click Unsubscribe Required
By June 2024, all commercial mail must include a one-click unsubscribe link giving recipients more control.
